✅ Create copy and artwork for all ad campaigns and marketing materials✅ Communications with Cable Cable Subscribers i.e. letters, literature, packages✅ Public Relations i.e. Press Releases, Ad Campaigns, Publicity✅ Home Show Booth; set-up, scheduling, literature, display, over-seeing the entire process✅ Communications with Affiliates i.e. Channel Launches, Free Previews✅ Ensuring the overall brand of Cable Cable is perceived through all marketing endeavors✅ Community Channel (Cable Cable Digital Channel 10); entirely operating, obtaining content and communicating with community groups to provide informative local content for viewers✅ Maintain social media branding across several platforms✅ Website maintenance; updated design, information and content as needed✅ Internal communications with staff to ensure that the highest level of customer service, and use of relevant marketing materials, terminology and promotions were being used as directed

✅ Maintain and balance treasury i.e. order and ship cash, give and receive cash from tellers, ensure everything balances each evening✅ Create loan and mortgage documentation to assist the managers and lenders✅ Bank deposit, and GL balancing procedures on a daily basis✅ Assist members with investments such as; RRSPS, TFSAS & GICS✅ Health and safety officer at the Lindsay branch (CPR & WHIMIS training)✅ Identify customers, validate and sign off on teller transactions (designated signer)✅ Perform specialized tasks such as preparing official cheques, money orders, issuing traveler’s cheques, exchanging foreign currency, issuing travel insurance, as well as insurance for lending

✅ Organize the production of the Kawartha Lakes Community Guide✅ Sell ads for the community guide✅ Sell/maintain all the advertising at the facilities in the city of Kawartha Lakes✅ Complete graphic design projects for the Parks & Recreation department ie. Signage, posters etc.✅ Assisting in writing and editing sales and marketing materials✅ Deal with any items that need to be professionally printed, and communicate with the print shops, as well as pick up and distribute the items✅ Setup and maintain information tables to ensure the community is informed of any events/activities the parks and recreation department are holding✅ Keep budgets, and track the revenue for marketing.
