I lead a team of 6 engineers in the complex task of overhauling legacy systems, transitioning business logic to a future-ready architecture. Our goal is to deliver self-service user management functionality for PlayStation Partners, removing reliance on administrative support and enabling them to focus on making spectacular games!

Provided key support to Project Managers across 3 different strategic programmes (eCommerce, internal employee engagement, streamlining restaurant processes) with a variety of activities including vendor selection, procurement, communication strategies and team engagement.

In 2016 I was one of 6 passionate managers selected to conduct the first collaborative impact assessment on the farming regions in Zimbabwe to ensure Nando's ethical sourcing of star product - PERi-PERi. Under the guidance of Impact Amplifier, we visited 5 farms in Zimbabwe and interviewed over 20 farmers.
