Responsible for engaging and fostering relationships across internal constituents, external stakeholders and partners, donors, and friends to advance the visibility of State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF) at a local and regional level.

• Grew the SCF Music instrumental music program through recruiting, marketing, producing engaging and high quality performances.• Raised substantial funds working alongside the SCF Foundation including a $1 million unrestricted gift and the completion of the $7 million Studio for the Performing Arts.• Strengthened and streamlined communication, workflow, and student success through creation of a Music Program performance calendar and program guidelines and processes.• Energized SCF Music Program's connections with community arts organizations by facilitating student scholarships with the Bay Chorale, absorbing the Manatee Community Concert Band's rehearsals and performances on our campus, and collaborating with professional arts organizations for students to attend performances and guest speakers to visit our campus. • Established a Presidential String Quartet and Presidential Jazz Combo to perform for requested events across the region and secured the funding for full scholarships for those student performers.• Connected donors and organizations to the SCF Foundation to establish over ten scholarships for student musicians amounting to over $50,000 a year in awards.• Created the Bradenton Symphony Orchestra bringing together donors and community music makers with college musicians, providing Bradenton a symphony orchestra to support through ticket sales and donations, and branding SCF as a cultural hub in the Bradenton community.• Collaborated with SCF Communications and Marketing Department and freelance sources to prepare the College catalog, brochures, and other marketing, advertising, and public relations materials.• Executed the Music Program budget, schedule, enrollment and assessment reports, student and program course evaluation documents, and faculty and staff evaluation and leave forms.• Developed a robust Adjunct Faculty Workshop program providing adjunct faculty the opportunity to learn more college systems, policies, and procedures.

• Grew the Pops Orchestra's programming through well designed and performed concerts resulting in substantially increased ticket sales, donations, grants, and recognition.• Collaborated with other arts and community organizations for enhanced concert productions including Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe, Florida Studio Theatre, Diversity: The Voices of Sarasota, Manatee County Humane Society, Resilient Retreat, Marie Selby Garden Botanical Gardens and Historic Spanish Point, Nathan Benderson Park, Realize Bradenton, Ring Sarasota.• Attained higher quality musicians by developing a rigorous audition process and increased player salaries.• Contributed to board meetings and board committees on topics of budgeting, marketing, ticket sales, and fundraising.• Partnered in the development and implementation of two strategic planning cycles, which had direct impact on the growth of ticket sales from 250 per concert to 1,800 per concert, community awareness, and funding for the organization.

• Conceptualized a podcast that raised awareness of the cultural arts people, events, and organizations on the Suncoast of Florida through the pandemic and continues today.• Utilized connections made through the podcast to bring together SCF Music students and local/national arts organizations and people such as performers in the Broadway show Hamilton, Florida Studio Theatre, Sarasota Orchestra, Sarasota Opera, Hermitage Artist Retreat, Westcoast Black Theatre Torupe, and Visible Men Academy.• Created, engineered, and produced audio content with scheduled guests, scripted commercials, and intro/outro music specific to guests and their arts area.• Designed the podcast name, logo, branding, website, social media accounts, and robust Calendar of Events page to heighten awareness of the arts offerings and to facilitate ticket purchases.• Composed marketing material, copy, and show notes for each podcast episode through the use of Buzzsprout, Descript, MailChimp, Tockify, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
