Responsible for the development and delivery of all training programs across the state. Ensure compliant delivery and inceased efficiencies for the business. Develop team capabilities and promote innovative, quality training programs.

Responsible for supporting the compliance of the RTO's operation in all aspects relating to the delivery of training and assessing services, administration and compliance matters. Conducting internal audits and process reviews to identify areas for improvement and further development within the organisation.

Overall responsibility for the development and implementation of quality systems and processes within MIGAS. Developing and undertaking quality audits; identifying weakness and strengths and implementing necessary corrective actions including staff training and or development. In in depth knowledge of the Disability Employment Standards, Job Services Australia and the Vocational Educational and Training sectors.

Management of the activities of all MAX Employment Indigenous Programs. High level research and development abilities including contractual composition and project management. Capable of developing strong community linkages to assist in service delivery to Indigenous jobseekers. A genuine desire to Close the Gap for the Indigenous population with a focus on understanding the Indigenous population, their culture and barriers to education, training and employment.

Responsible for the internal audit program with the execution of on-site and desk top audits of all JobActive, Disability Employment Services (DMS and ESS), CDP and RJCP sites across Queensland. Selected Accomplishments:• Provision of coaching to staff in relation to audit findings and exceptions detected throughout the audit process with the view to assisting improve the understanding of key compliance requirements • Compile audit reports and statistical data analysis to identify areas of continuous improvement requirements

Responsible for the sourcing, development, management and facilitation of all Employment Programs in the Toowoomba, Ipswich, North and South Brisbane areas. Responsible for the financial management and budget control of all employment and training programs including strategic planning and the development of an on-going business plan.
