Managing social media and website content creation, as well as general admininstration and updates of both. Writing quarterly features for the IKA's Support Magazine publication. Special projects included planning for the 2020 European Transplant and Dialysis Sports Championships in Dublin (design lead on promotional materials, information packs and website etc.). Also taking the lead role in the IKA's implementation of Salesforce CRM, as well facilitating the charity's successful 2021 TD letter campaign on vaccine prioritisation for vulnerable patients.

Responsible for the editorial content on STV and STV2’s social media, as well as maintaining several sections of the website, creating weekly newsletter emails and producing exclusive video content. This involved attending press days for some of STV's biggest programmes and interviewing cast members.

Daily duties ranging from basic administration to co-ordinating events. Everyday tasks included overseeing social media accounts and updating the SWF website, whilst helping to promote games and events within Women's Football. This often involved creating match programmes and sending out emails to subscribers.
