I worked closely with the student support team, tutors, management, and community police, as an out and about member of the team. For those students who constantly were having issues at college, I created and developed a behavior intervention program and also signposting student to other services. This taught me how to develop skill to work with uncooperative people and conflict resolution skills.

Worked in a timed environment, collect shopping for customers for delivery, creating displays, stock control and replenishment, customers services, checkouts, handling money, quality control, training and administration duties such at the store mapping and auditing.

As an account assistant, I am responsible for general office work as well as assisting with accounting. This has taught me how to be organised and how to manage my time.

As a site supervisor, I was responsible for a team of cleaners to ensure that all accommodation pitches were correctly prepared for new holiday guests whilst working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. This job allowed me to take on responsibility for others, as well as working to deadlines and being flexible in the way I work.

As a waitress you become accustomed to long shifts with minimal breaks, which is what I experienced during my time with LTC Catering. However, this experience taught me how to work with others as a team in a high-pressure environment whilst ensuring customer services was kept to a high standard. This job gave me the skills to communicate with customers and gave me confidence to approach a variety of people.
