Hi! I am Robyn, Owner of Empower Yoga Studio! I've been a student of yoga for over 24 years- and love sharing this beautiful practice as it has accompanied me throughout all of my life’s challenges and victories! With an M.S. in Educational Psychology, 10 years in experiential education and therapies, as well over 400 hours of trauma informed training I have gained insight and awareness into the benefits of yoga from an neuroscience perspective. I love helping others embrace their own unique individual strengths!Neuroscience, Mindfulness & Movement workshop! This course is truly my heart's work, and I feel honored to have had the opportunity to facilitate it in many different capacities, including Professional Groups of Clinical Psychologists, Mental Health Care Providers, Yoga Instructors, and a wide range of individual clients.
