Hi! I am Robyn, Owner of Empower Yoga Studio! I've been a student of yoga for over 24 years- and love sharing this beautiful practice as it has accompanied me throughout all of my life’s challenges and victories! With an M.S. in Educational Psychology, 10 years in experiential education and therapies, as well over 400 hours of trauma informed training I have gained insight and awareness into the benefits of yoga from an neuroscience perspective.
