In the Ubisoft CRC I am responsible for the creation of accessible Self-Help content, designed to guide players through Ubisoft’s expansive worlds and make better gaming happen!Some of my key responsibilities include:▪ Managing multiple projects, ensuring these are delivered to the required timescales and of excellent quality to meet our team's KPIs.▪ Creating content scopes for new projects to determine resources and key deliverables.▪ Acting as the lead project manager, ensuring our team’s writing and formatting guidelines are continually updated to match industry standard accessibility and content design best practices.▪ Collaborating closely with production, legal and brand teams, both within Ubisoft and in first party companies, to scope, develop and implement accessible support initiatives and processes for our projects.▪ Facilitating scrum meetings and check in discussions on the team’s content creation processes and pipelines.▪ Planning sprints and project strategies to make efficient use of team resources during busy launch periods.▪ Presenting launch plans and strategies to various stakeholders to align expectations across the business.▪ Keeping an up-to-date record of all team resources and internal knowledge to ensure that project leads can be flexible, in order to accommodate busier period▪ Providing guidelines for recruitment, moderation, analysis, and reporting around our content and guidelines.
