As a Lived Experience Partner I work closely with National Voices. I have been involved in recruitment, strategy development, round table discussions and coaching and mentoring health and care system leaders as part of the Voices For Improvement programme.

I provide facilitation for Working With Everyone, supporting organisations and health systems to engage meaningfully with people from marginalised communities. I facilitate workshops and sessions, in-person and virtually, to ensure that the voices of people from marginalised communities are able to influence and shape policy and that their experiences are heard and recorded.

As a member of the SCG I contributed to many NHS England Personalised Care policies and guidance documents, board meetings, working and governance groups, workshops, trainings sessions, interview panels and spoke at events around the country.
