I have over 30 years of property management experience and have held positions as a Compliance Specialist and Community, District, and Regional Manager. I've run an office alone and with staffs of many sizes up to 17 employees. Most of my experience is managing properties larger than 200 units, but I've also been responsible for successfully managing a portfolio of up to 635 units. I am Tax Credit Certified and have extensive property management experience including and Yardi Voyager, MRI, Outlook, Word, Excel and Yieldstar.
