In my life, people often called me a social butterfly. I'm a people person. I enjoy good conversations with people wherever I go. I once worked as a waitress in a small cafe off of I-80 in Wyoming. Meeting people and listening to their stories made for a good day at work. It was busy and sometimes hard but it's all about what you make it. I had the opportunity to be the manager and seeing more of the business side which I was always eagerly ready to learn a new skill. Ordering food and paper products and managing 15 to 20 employees helped me gain good leadership skills such as patience, active listening, reliability, trustworthiness, and dependability. I have always loved working with people and developing new skills as a social media coordinator. I still get to interact with people through technology, build connections, improve communication, and raise brand awareness.
