Thirty (30) plus years in flight test, requirements management, proposal management and systems engineering. Assigned as Lead Test Engineer on multiple platforms including RQ-4B/Global Hawk, MQ-4C/Triton, X-47B/UCAS, F/A-18, AV-8B, F-14, F-16, EA-6B, SR-71 and U-2. Selected to support lead the flight test for Risk Reduction/Mitigation for payloads including MP-RTIP on the Proteus and MFAS Radar on the GII test beds.Skills: Exceptional communication skills with customers, government execution teams, engineering, program management, and co-workers. Test plan and report writing, Test point development based on contractual requirements, track , status and report completion via metrics to ensure program is executed within cost and schedule. Test card development and coordination with engineers and aircrew.
