Artisan chocolate, like journalism, is a combination of art and science. Owning and running St. Croix Chocolate Company is a new opportunity every day to envision and create confections that delight. We use local ingredients including cream, butter, maple syrup and honey, and always use excellent chocolate sourced from all over the world.

Responsible for assigning, editing and proofing stories and photographs for weekly newspaper serving the GLBT communities. Interviewed, hired and supervised staff and freelancers. Represented newspaper to community at large. Wrote editorials. Integral to award-winning redesign. Prior to becoming editor, served as section editor, writer and photographer. Won numerous awards for writing and photography.
