I have a passion for empowering and developing people as I love seeing others find their purpose and follow their dreams. Having an open and curious mindset allows me to see opportunity in every challenge, strength in every weakness and potential in every person or situation. I believe in creating and instilling a framework for equal opportunities for everyone to grow and develop to become future leaders, as I believe it is not what happens to you in life, but what you do with what happens. No matter the situation, I believe that you always have a choice. As Roy T. Bennett wrote: “Attitude is a choice. Happiness is a choice. Optimism is a choice. Respect is a choice.
