Ten years of education experience teaching and leading learners on their journey of self development regardless of age. I am passionate about equity in education and love working in diverse settings. I love to develop people whether I'm coaching them on instructional practices, teaching, directing, coordinating, or managing them. My favorite times in work in when I can get to know people and add to their skills in order to benefit our community, both at work and outside of the office. In addition to my time in the classroom I have worked in non-profits helping to manage and lead adults in a variety of settings.I have benefited from moving into leadership roles in most of my job experiences. I am passionate about continuing to grow personally while benefiting those around me as well.
