Oversee Third Party Vendors/Online Listings to ensure optimized revenue growth and discover new opportunities. Serve as point of contact for entire company. Manage third party vendors. Ensure ongoing collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure effective processes are in place and in line with corporate goals. Oversee Ecommerce and address any changes or issues, keeping the company online offerings updated, maintained and an overall optimal user experience for clients.Manage client portal and mobile app.

Complete the monthly billing process for portfolio of ten centers by correctly inputting data, running billing reports and helping resolve discrepancies.Responsible for initial invoicing and new client set-ups as well as completing any change for monthly fixed fees in line with signed agreement. Review Exposure Reports and monitor client balances. Responsible for sending out all collection communications to clients on specified dates throughout the month. Research and resolve billing and invoice issues.Monitor the performance of the center team members within assigned portfolio and provide feedback to Regional Managers with necessary.

Oversee center operations through IT management, customer service, office management, and client onboarding. Serve as the point of contact to solve client issues. Manage Accounts Payable by processing and submitting invoices; investigating any invoice/payment discrepancy matters, and contacting vendors if necessary.Monitor Accounts Receivable and promptly contacted clients with past due payments.
