Generated 2.9 million dollars in Capital savings over 2 years.•Source and Purchase all Saks Off 5th new store opening/remodel projects for loose fixtures, showcases, shoebunkers, cash wraps, visual items, back office furniture, tile, carpet, stock room shelving, and wall coverings.•Manage up to 15 new store and remodel projects per year•Coordinate multiple projects with construction, store planning, the vendors, warehouse management, general contractors, and store managers to ensure a timely delivery based on each project time and action calendar.•Create and manage detailed RFP’s, purchase orders, invoicing, and contracts.•Source, manage, and bid all polybag and paper shopping bag products for Off 5th stores including biodegradable bags. •Formulate detailed cost/save analysis for all bids and projects that are either bid or negotiated. •Partner with construction/store planning, finance, capital, accounting, legal, asset protection, visual/creative, and store managers.•Manage multiple vendor catalogs for selling supply commodities for Off 5th, the Saks magazine/newspaper/periodical subscription contract, and the relationship with FTD for flower supplies.
