This involved closing a factory and redeploying staff to another location, negotiating a collective agreement to bring together a unionised workforce with a workforce that had previously been financially rewarded for individual performance I was responsible for driving cultural change initiatives to facilitate high performing teams and raise the organisation’s management and leadership capability to increase overall company performance
