Emergency Action Plan CoordinatorPpl Corporation Jun 1982 - Jan 2003 Emergency Manager of 12 Hydro Electric Plants for PPL Montana, designing and maintaining the Emergency Action Plans for those plants. Duties include training 116 hydro employees on the required actions and procedures to take in the event of a crisis at one of our facilities. This position required close association and coordination with local, State and Federal agencies. I designed/created the 112 inundation maps and the technical writing aspect of the emergency action plans that were submitted to the federal government for approval and implementation. I was the Controller of the Holter Dam EAP Functional Exercise involving over 140 participants. I trained personnel on meth-labs, bomb threats, terrorist activities and anything else that Hydro personnel would have to deal with in an emergency situation. Administered 9 million dollar environmental budget through a compliance software program. Consulting Contract for NorthWestern Energy’s Milltown Dam Emergency Action Plan / tabletop and functional exercise.
