I have spent the past 20+ years deepening my experience and professional depth in the field of healing and wellness. My current specialties include Spiritual Companioning, Grief Counseling, Dreamwork, Expressive Movement and Massage Therapy. I emphasize a somatic, spiritual and mindfulness based approach to deeper connection with the Self through all of life's transitions and thresholds. I work with individuals, groups and large audiences through counseling, workshops, retreats, rituals, and public presentations. My former experience as a Physical Therapist gives me a unique depth into the connection of body, mind and spirit.
