• Directs and coordinates clinical departments; assumes responsibility for continuity, quality, and safety of services delivered in compliance with State and Federal regulations. • Directs and coordinates intake department; assumes responsibility for continuity, quality, and safety of services in compliance with State and Federal regulations.• Participates in activities relevant to professional services including development of qualifications and assignment of agency personnel. • Supervises and provides direction to subordinates, in an effort to ensure quality, compliance with Plan of Care and assessment and reassessment of patient’s needs and continuity of services by appropriate health care personnel. • Monitors QAPI Program and assures appropriate corrective measures are performed. • Monitors systems and identifies problem areas to President of Clinical Operations both verbally and through written reports. • Promotes compliance with all fiscal intermediary and/or other third party payors, through education, coaching, and other assistance as necessary. • Improved outstanding orders from over 900 documents to 120 documents.• Improved RAP billing from greater than 14 days to 4 days. • Implemented and streamlined numerous processes including transcription of OASIS, order tracking, development of disease care paths.
