In my most recent role Project Delivery Manager, I successfully managed a variety of activities and deliverables concurrently. I was responsible for ensuring the business and technical teams produced all artefacts on time and to the required standards. While in this position I often took on additional tasks outside of my immediate role to achieve the overall desired result. These additional tasks include training documentation development and delivery, identification and implementation of improvement opportunities within the reconciliation area and provision of test strategy and scripting.This experience has expanded my project management, analytical and investigation skills, whilst also allowing me to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders of varying levels to influence outcomes. In addition to my delivery knowledge and skills, I also have extensive experience as a Business Analyst within the banking industry and understand the recent transition ANZ has undertaken.I am an enthusiastic and committed worker, with a passion for collaborating towards providing a high quality service and experience for the customer.
