I work closely with clients across the tech, SaaS, and digital marketing sectors, helping them unlock the full potential of HubSpot and other integrated platforms to drive measurable business results.In my role, I focus on:Client Strategy & Consultation: Developing tailored marketing and growth strategies aligned with each client’s unique goals, ensuring a strong return on investment.Onboarding & Implementation: Overseeing the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of our solutions, from HubSpot optimization to full marketing execution.Relationship Building & Retention: Building long-term relationships with clients by ensuring they see ongoing success and continued value from our services.Team Leadership: Leading a cross-functional team of account managers and strategists to deliver exceptional service, identify opportunities for growth, and implement data-driven solutions.Performance Metrics & Reporting: Monitoring client performance, delivering insights, and adjusting strategies to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
