Robyn first started practicing yoga in 1992. She completed her Diploma of Yoga Teaching in 1997 and has been teaching regular classes in the Dandenong Ranges since. Robyn completed the Graduate Certificate in Yoga Therapy with the Australian Institute of Yoga Therapists in 2010 and recently completed Level 1 iRest Training with Richard Miller.Robyn is a Senior Member of Yoga Australia (YA), a member of the Australian Association of Yoga Therapists (AAYT) and a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT).The classes are conducted with humour and insight which allows for a gentle unfolding of one’s true nature. Robyn maintains a regular personal practice and continues to be a student, exploring the many principles of yoga to truly bring change and understanding to her life and those she teaches.Robyn’s approach to yoga is dynamic and introspective and classes are tailored to meet individual needs. Through yoga, she guides people to return to well-being and ‘wholeness’.
