About Robyn Libby

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always been passionate about helping others.From being a “big buddy” in grade school to ultimately finding my calling as a Massage Therapist, I have always had a genuine interest in helping others feel good. As an accomplished RMT, I have a demonstrated passion for helping my clients achieve peace and physical well-being through customized client-centred treatments, effective massage therapy techniques, and extraordinary customer care. I’m committed to diversity and inclusion, and I strive to create a caring, positive, and safe environment to promote strong interpersonal connections. As a leader, I collaborated with both management and the spa team to create healthy workplace change. Through both listening and responding to associate feedback, the employee satisfaction score increased by over 50% during my tenure. And, as a result of the education and training I received in regulatory compliance and professional ethics during my terms at the CMTO, I was well versed in how to guide the RMTs and the spa to meet or exceed our professional standards. Skilled in team leadership, training, and SOP development, I encouraged and mentored my team to be the very best they could be. Regardless of my role, with over 20 years of Massage Therapy, guest service, and leadership experience, I have come to earn the respect of my clients and colleagues as a dedicated, conscientious, and trusted healthcare professional. I’m enthusiastic to learn new skills; I’m positive and proactive in the workplace and apply a solutions-based approach to any challenge that comes my way; I’m empathetic, ethical, and fair; and I take great pride every day in everything I do.
