Managed mortgage production for Pulte Homes, Centex Homes and Dell Webb. Was primarily responsible for developing and implementing strategic business initiatives for PMC, supporting the Builder, Mortgage Operations in Denver and Buyers. Worked closely with customers in order to pre-qualify, provide financial expertise and high customer satisfaction. Collaborated with Buyers and Sales Team to capture as many mortgage sales as possible in order to give the Builder predictability and visibility into their backlog. Built and maintained a monthly pipeline of 130+ loans (2012-2016).Achieved a high application capture and close rate with Pulte Mortgage.
