My mission as a coach is to help professional women who are allowing their self-judgment to stand in the way of their dreams! All too often we load up on stories and reasons as to why we can't have what we want and then we live our lives within the boundaries created by this judgment, or our stories. As a coach, it is incredibly powerful to see someone go from being stuck to becoming unstoppable! When I work with a client, we focus most of our work on mindset and habit change. What are the limiting beliefs and dis-empowering mindsets that are keeping the client stuck in the habits and behaviors that don't align with what they'd like? Once we uncover these, I work with the client to replace any old beliefs with empowering ones, allowing the client to establish new habits and behaviors that align with their goals. I coach 90 day sessions one-on-one, or in groups, as well as lead workshops at various local places. When I'm not coaching, I can be found doing anything outside with my husband and dog as I love being in the fresh air and sunshine, or reading any books I can about mindset, habit change, or vulnerability (I especially love Brene Brown)!
