I'm a Midwestern gal who has always loved helping people. In my new role in Learning and Development, I get to do just that, and I couldn’t be happier. I've recently become a certified coach with ATD (Association for Talent Development), and I love guiding our team members through their career growth. 😊Managing our rotational program and working with young professionals is incredibly fulfilling, and mentoring our interns while overseeing that program is something my teacher heart truly loves. Recently, I partnered with local universities in the Cleveland area to launch our company’s very first co-op program, and I’m thrilled to work with the students and watch it come to life.Designing and presenting training programs that make a real impact on our organization brings me so much joy. But more than anything, I love being with the people. Their drive, ambition, and dedication inspire me every day.Fun Fact #1: I'm also a voiceover artist and have a home studio where I've voiced hundreds of commercials, eLearning, corporate narrations, podcast intros/outros, telephone messages, audio dramas, and children's books over the past few years. You can hear my work at www.robynneedham.com. 🎙Fun Fact #2: In college I had the opportunity to sail around the world in a study abroad and you would have thought I'd won the lottery. From there I moved to Florida, overseas to South Korea and then settled in Dallas for eleven years after working for Norwegian Cruise Lines. 🌎Countries where I've traveled:Japan, China, Vietnam, Malaysia, South Korea, Hong Kong, Thailand, Philippines, Taiwan, India, England, France, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Kenya, South Africa, Brazil, Cuba, Canada, Mexico, Belize, Honduras, Jamaica.
