WorkSpace Coworking is a reimagination of coworking. We work with local restaurants, cafes, and other businesses seeking to diversify their revenue to transform them into productive work environments. Professionals subscribe to WorkSpace, and then work in these spaces knowing their money is helping that small business. As Co-Founder, I founded the company with a close friend in 2019. I work on anything that needs completion. This includes project management, financial planning, logistics, marketing, design, and strategic planning to name a few.

Combining the two Principal Consultant's skills sets of project management, financial advisement, creative marketing, design thinking, and strategic planning, Paches + Nordell aimed to create out-of-the-box, disruptive, solutions to ensure their clients excel in their field. Specifically, I specialized in assisting clients with growth-focused strategic planning, financial health, stakeholder management, partnership creation, governance and project management.

Elected by the 30,000 undergraduate students at the University of Alberta, the Vice President Operations & Finance (VPOF) steers the businesses and services of the Students' Union in a direction that best serves students' needs. The position is tasked with utilizing numerous for-profit businesses in a manner that serves the mandate of the Students' Union, which is to advocate for student needs and provide on-campus services tailored to them. The VPOF is in charge of managing the Students' Unions' $14 million budget and its 9 businesses.

Elected to represent the 2000 students of the Alberta School of Business to the University of Alberta Students' Union. Works to bring the concerns of the faculty to the greater university community. Chairs the Audit Committee which is responsible for ensuring the accountability of the Students' Union and the faculty associations of the university.

Works closely to support the sponsorship portfolio through database maintenance and stakeholder relations. Assists our Edmonton office with SAP usage and navigation.

Led one of the largest clubs at the University of Alberta. With a team of 7 executive, we organize 5 trips a year for a total of approximately 700 students. The 2015/16 year has had a large focus on an organizational marketing revamp, increasing student engagement and emphasizing an on-campus presence.

Organized a energy focused case competition. Alberta Energy Challenge features teams from as far away as Finland and China. Primary responsibilities of the Co-Chair include: raising approximately $50,000 for the event to run, organizing a team of 8 to run the logistics of the competition and managing relationships with our multiple stakeholders.
