I began working for Ellison Bronze, Inc. at the age of 22 after being placed with them through a temp agency. This position was initially only a temporary placement for approximately 12-18 weeks.After 10 weeks, the management team offered me a full time position.My resume will show that I have been consistently rewarded for hard work with promotions and increased responsibilities, as I have progressed through multiple levels within the company and currently hold the title of HR Manager.
