This includes conducting work order meetings to sign contracts, collecting checks, put production packet together for the production manager, submit file to the supplement company and work with the supplement company to approve the supplements, file the supplements with the insurance carrier, obtain completion photos and the completion form signed by customer, submit completed job folder to the insurance carrier for final payment released, work with the homeower to collect the first check, deductible check and final check. send final email with paid in full invoice to customer. Provide support to the sales team, production team and management team on tasks when neeeded.Assist virtual assistants with tasks when needed and assist the AR department on accounts when needed.
