Provide support to underwriting teams by ensuring the timely, judicious and accurate processing of mortgages; process mortgage loan files and prepare them for audit staff to review. Recognize and understand all documentation needed to complete a loan file for approval, order verifications for VOE, VOD, VOG and order credit reports, stacking of a loan file (bookmarking).
