Finalized projects for the Workforce Department regarding recruitment and retention in rural areas of Colorado.

Through the Colorado Provider Recruitment (CPR) program provided customer and client advocacy through comprehensive placement services to rural and underserved communities in Colorado by the recruitment and retention of healthcare professionals. Services included technical assistance and training to both healthcare facilities and providers in the areas of loan repayment and state and federal regulations. Coordinated and assisted with facilitating presentations at physician residency and other training programs on rural workforce issues. Created and maintained relationships with hospitals, healthcare facilities, and healthcare homes.

Supported the CPR program in placing primary care providers to rural and urban underserved healthcare facilities. Advocated for provider candidates and contacted facilities on a regular basis. Oversaw all marketing and branding for the CPR program. Oversaw website logistics and changes.
