Oversees planning and implementation of systems that perform the work and fulfill the mission and the goals of KEYS Academy and HCA efficiently and effectively. Provides leadership to support KEYS Academy staff in maximizing educational opportunities to KEYS Academy students. Ensures development and presentation of programs and curriculum that comply with VDOE and VAISEF requirements. Supports growth and profitability of KEYS Academy programs and schools while leading and managing school / division operations. Provides supervision and training to school management teams to ensure quality services to students and cost-effective management of resources.
