•Responsible for hiring, training, safety and well-being of 40 Community Assistants & 900 residential students•Provide leadership, development and growth opportunities for students residing in a variety of themed housing options•Directly oversee the Honors and All-Women’s Communities•Provide counseling, mediation and health referrals for individual students when appropriate•Serve on a crisis management duty rotation schedule•Create individual academic success plans to foster well-balanced, education focused college experiences •Actively serve on the Academic Success Team, International Programming Committee, and Retention Task Force

•Coordinate events to engage students in fun, educational, & diverse programs within their campus community•Strongly uphold student and employee confidentiality•Implement crisis/conflict management and resolution when necessary •Promote an inclusive community atmosphere emphasizing student involvement and academic success•Actively participate on the judicial disciplinary committee, RA selection, RA training, & student retention committees

•Responsible for room changes, housing cancellations and meal plan assignments•Served as a Judicial Officer for behavioral and residential concerns•Assisted with planning and presenting leadership and diversity workshops for RA training sessions•Accountable for generating weekly occupancy reports and rosters sent to all University departments •Organized meticulous plans and procedures for the newly revised housing selection process
