My background is varied but the common theme is the drive to help individuals and their families to manage mental health concerns in real time ways that support clinical work.I volunteered my time supporting those suffering from the consequences of trauma long before joining the program as full time staff. I understand viscerally that trauma infiltrates all aspects of life and how difficult that can be for entire family units to manage. Whether intended or not, traumatic responses can cause damage to our loved ones and leave everyone scrambling for support.Understanding that many people have mental health concerns but may not know how to start managing them, I pride myself as being a safe, non-judgmental, option for people to start the discussion.
