Founded in 2004, SignaPay is a credit card processing acquirer that facilitates merchant sales through a national team of ISO Partners. As the Director of Marketing, I create and manage omni-channel marketing programs and campaigns geared at building the ISO and merchant base through new acquisition and retention. Since joining 5 years ago I’ve facilitated the marketing launch of the start-up product PayLo to merchants and partners nationwide, building the partner sales team to 500 partners and merchant base to a multi-billion-dollar processing volume in 4 years. Today PayLo is a nationally recognized name as the #1 service fee processing solution in the country.

Oversaw new merchant and sales partner acquisition and retention programs. Sourced and worked with lead generation affiliates and full partners to develop direct sales and co-sales processes. Worked on CPL, CPA, white-label and rev share relationships. Developed automated reporting and commission payouts for these programs. Vetted and implemented data management platforms such as Salesforce.com, Marketing Cloud, RingDNA and Active Prospect. Worked with business divisions and dealers to implement package offerings with a competitive go-to-market pricing and branding strategy. . Launched new prospect website and customer portal, increasing prospect visitation by 45% and customer portal visitation by 35% in the first 6 months. Launched direct-to-dealer online tools that increased qualified lead conversion by 70%.. Oversaw campaigns for online display, retargeting and paid search to achieve an average CPA of 30% below KPI goals.. Oversaw development and implementation of social media content and campaigns, resulting in a 20% increase in organic traffic and 16% increase in qualified lead generation year-over-year.

Responsible for the digital marketing strategy for the company including website and customer portal development and testing, SEO, SEM, email marketing for lead nurturing and customer communications, social media and content development, paid media (PPC, retargeting, mobile), online affiliate marketing and reputation management strategy. Managed and tracked national online lead development and provided executive level reporting.

Flexjet by Bombardier and Bombardier Skyjet where a division of Bombardier Aerospace which offered a suite of private aviation travel options including on-demand charter, managed and unmanaged fleet jet cards, fractional ownership, and whole aircraft ownership. After 3 years with the Skyjet division of Bombardier, the divisions merged under the Flexjet brand and I became the team lead responsible for the online strategy of the overall suite of services including website and portal re-launch, SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing app development and mobile initiatives.

LearnStar, Inc. is an interactive learning software tool dedicated to helping students prepare for standardized state testing. I joined as their marketing leader in December 2004. I managed a national network of dealers, providing them with sales coaching and arming them with the the tools and collateral needed to close sales with school districts in their territories. As part of this effort I created a sales-focused website, optimized for new lead conversions, created a monthly e-newsletter for customers and prospects, designed and wrote brochures and promotional pieces, managed targeted print and email campaigns, coordinated national and local tradeshow appearances, developed and promoted WebEx sales presentations. I also conducted detailed market research of competitors, tracked government funding allocation for targeted messaging and created a database of grant programs to help prospects get funding for the software.
