My experience working for a Veterinary clinic and PetSmart as a dog trainer has increased my understanding of animal behavior. I have worked with all ages of people coming from multiple backgrounds when presenting dog training skills. This experience has given me the opportunity to gain confidence and proficiency in presentations to a group setting. In addition this has grown my sales experience as I was responsible for recruiting customers into training classes.I am currently working in the healthcare insurance industry for 11 years. I have gained knowledge of claim processing and adjusting, as well as benefit coverage guidelines for healthcare needs in relation to new heath care reform guidelines. In addition I have enriched my ability to coach my teammates, resolve escalated client issues, and manage my individual workload to simplify customer concerns. Moving to provider data has progressed my attention to detail, organizational skills with multiple projects with time sensitive requirements as well as managerial responsibilities when my supervisor was unavailable.I am eager to learn new things and grow my path professionally. I am passionate about all animals and developing relationships with people. My hard work ethic and drive to help others has been ingrained in me early in my life and it is my goal to help promote positive change. It is my desire to work along side others striving to make a difference in doing life changing work.
