As a consultant through Nigel Frank Inc., I worked with a team of developers to develop quality assurance testing processes for a highly customized instance of D365 with an emphasis on security testing. I liaised with the design team to determine relevant use cases for a comprehensive test plan. I worked closely with the development team to communicate points of failure. Adhered to an Agile workflow for iterative and fast paced development cycle.

I embedded business processes and customizations into D365 including implementation of Field Service and Learning Path processes for the specialized needs of each branch of the corporation to accommodate differences in processes, user interfaces, and architecture. Supported VMWare deployed AX environment for 24/7 uptime. I also gained experience with O365 support and maintenance, including AD management. I utilized public datasets to present competitor trends to business executives.

I achieved expertise in customer service management systems and databases while providing customer support across multiple background check platforms. I developed templates to promote consistent data entry and a seamless workflow with their CRM implementation. I also interfaced with a wide range of technology teams to refine processes across the global company.

Gained Security Clearance -- I developed a tool that links the co-mentionings of organizations in a database of news articles with centrality and importance degrees in order to detail the spread of information through a network. Beyond developing the idea for the project, I gained the funding and resources to complete it and successfully communicated my results.

I began in 2009 with running participants and completing general secretarial work and progressed to running my own projects, analyzing data, and gathering my own funding. Over the summer, I completed a project funded by the Presidential Undergraduate Research Award (PURA) which I applied for personally.
