- Oversee training and activities of employees- Ensuring the company is on track to meet financial targets - Creating and implementing budgets - Preparing reports - Invoicing- Sourcing new business - Correspondence with clients and ensuring client satisfaction - Securing bookings with prospective clients - Sourcing suppliers and venues- Communicating and meeting with suppliers and vendors from inception to completion and ensuring product/ service is delivered- Creative input into events- Social media management

- Helping promote the mental and social development of the child- Promoting day-to-day development and education of the child - Taking the child to school and social activities- Taking care of the child’s day to day needs such as food preparation and hygiene.

Logbook and licensing control- Invoicing- Month end data capturing - Ensuring sale files contained all necessary documentation as required by BMW SA - Generating daily reports for management and sales staff reflecting vehicles in stock and monthly sales - Advertising available vehicles on the BMW SA website - Motorplan extension - Monitoring monthly sales targets - Settlement payments- Review files to control unpurchased stock and pending sales- Ad-hoc admin duties as required by management- Reception duties on weekends and as required.
