Providing day-to-day clinical and administrative support to a team of health care providers, accessibility/accommodation specialists, administrative and volunteer staff in a fast-paced, student support hub. Providing leadership and guidance to administrators and staff regarding privacy matters, health care laws and best-practice, human rights, accessibility and inclusion.Member of the University's Triage and Threat Assessment teams responding to, assessing and intervening in high risk and crisis situations involving staff, students and faculty.

Provided clinical supervision to members of the Health and Wellness team (e.g. nurses. counsellors, social work interns and peers) and administrative supervision to support staff.Led mental health, health and wellness program development initiatives, outreach, and education programs within the University.Administered and oversaw the student health insurance program and participated in committee work (e.g. Sexual Violence response and Prevention and Accommodation Services) and student wellness research initiatives.

Conducted intake assessments and provided short and long term counselling from a strength-based, trauma informed perspective using interventions from: DBT, CBT, Mindfulness and Solution Focused Therapies.Provided crisis intervention services to the University community. Assessing suicide risk, created safety plans, and provided stabilization and referral.Provided clinical supervision to University of Toronto Master of Social Work internship students.
