Managed FHA, VA, and Conventional Mortgage Processors, assist Branch Managers, Loan Officers, Processors answering questions regarding Conventional, FHA, & VA loan program, AUS systems, and Network Funding Policy and Procedures. Knowledgeable with Network Funding and Lender processes for all compliance regulations, policy and procedures for all aspects of the mortgage loan process from taking a loan application to shipping the loan to the investor.

Led a 50+ person team in the Mortgage Operations and Sales Department meeting and/or exceeding annual sales goals. Composed Operations and Sales policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory compliance on front and back end. Evaluated delinquent loan portfolio to ensure foreclosure and bankruptcy timelines are adhered, minimizing credit loss exposure. Identified loans out of compliance to determine controllable versus non-controllable delays. Determined work that needs to be performed to protect bank’s rights and reduce credit loss exposure, minimizing losses. Effectively communicated in both written and oral media to express Bank requirements and guidelines. Evaluated delinquent loan portfolio to ensure appropriate loss mitigation timelines are adhered. This includes reviewing the lenders/banks/credit union’s procedures and controls and testing various samples of loans within portfolio. Ensured that lenders have appropriate tools and controls in place to identify loss mitigation opportunities. Responsible for performing in-depth procedural business reviews that incorporated all aspects of mortgage servicing including general servicing (i.e. escrow analysis, loan payoff, insurance coverage, etc.) investor reporting, custodial account management, default management and customer service. Identified policies, procedures and controls throughout servicing that are not compliant with bank and/or Fannie Mae requirements. Assisted with the Annual Budget and monthly P & L
