Currently I am an HR Business Partner working on an Integrated Account within the Finance Sector. Global Technology Services here at IBM. My role covers a variety of aspects but most importantly I see my role as a trusted advisor to my internal clients. I have subject matter expertise in ER & IR, Diversity Program Management, Performance Management, Professional Development, Learning, Career Coaching and Recruitment.As an HR Business Partner I work closely with the business to support both business & HR objectives and HR program design, development and implementation on a local, regional, and global scale. This includes leading the delivery and implementation of our Performance Management program for Australia and New Zealand.I have both a broad and deep knowledge of HR policy and functions and have been instrumental in implementing inclusive language into our Global policies. I have had experience in complex problem resolution, case management and providing coaching, training, and counsel to my internal clients on a broad range of HR management and HR issues.
