I'm an enthusiastic and highly motivated Business Analyst within Mortgages and Financial Wellbeing at Nationwide Building Society. I have experience of end to end delivery for a variety of different projects and initiatives, and am confident operating in both Waterfall and Agile environments. My strong stakeholder management skills allow me to confidently engage, manage, and influence senior stakeholders, both internally and externally to Nationwide. I have over 5 years experience of working for The Mortgage Works and Nationwide so have excellent knowledge of how the Mortgage and Intermediary markets operates and what makes a positive member experience. I am passionate about the environment and sustainability; in 2021 I successfully applied for and completed Nationwide’s Green Incubator Programme to support their initiative of Carbon Neutral by 2030. I’m also passionate about creating a diverse and inclusive working environment at Nationwide, and am therefore a Diverse Interview Panellist and an Inclusion, Diversity, and Wellbeing representative.
