Administrative duties regarding Commercial and Residential Tax Appeals

Manage small law office. Duties include: dictation, fielding telephone calls, preparing correspondence and legal pleadings, general office filing, filing of legal pleadings with the Court of Common Pleas, US Bankruptcy Court and District Court, general accounting work using QuickBooks software, ordering supplies, computer/office system maintenance, banking, organize attorney/client meetings for depositions as well as court appointments, extensive interaction with clients; preparing and arranging appointments with clients for attorneys; assist attorneys for trial preparation; organizing and maintaining client documents; assist in drafting of client correspondence; maintain docket system for attorney deadlines; prepare documents for clients in preparation of complaints and prepare attorney timesheets for client billing.
