It is the first step to understanding and responsibly managing behaviour, habits and doggo ways.Level 1 is the next step. Sniff & Wag is all about better canine nutrition, puppy school training and a boutique dog treat business with a focus on better doggo gut health.Having completed a certificate of Small Companion Animal Nutrition and the NDTF Dog Behaviour and Training courses, I am able to add these to my fermenting and microbiome knowledge to bring about better food choices for our furry best friends.Sniff and Wag is continually evolving as I learn more. My passion for better dog health is very much about longevity, seeing them through to senior years with less health complications, obesity, arthritis and ailments. It's always about the dog.

It's 2023, another year has begun and I am excited to join the team at German Shepherd Rescue Vic (GSRV) as a foster carer. The GSD is very different to the bull breeds I have been working with but I have a lot of resources and support available, I am looking forward to this new adventure and with a little bit of luck, there many be a foster fail in my future.

As a volunteer, I have an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of animals in need. I have the privilege of joining a team that provides love, care and attention to dogs, cats and other companion animals who may have been abandoned or lost, helping them feel safe and secure while they wait for their forever homes.I have recently joined the Behaviour Assessment Team and I am excited for the opportunity to broaden my skill set, learning from a very experienced team who love what they do.Being a volunteer gives me a sense of purpose and is a firsthand teacher of the true meaning of compassion. I am grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of animals in need but the most rewarding part of volunteering is knowing a companion animal has found their new family and is starting their new life.

As a newly graduated Functional Nutrition Health Coach, I undertook post graduate study with a Microbiome course - just to cement my gastrointestinal / gut health knowledgeWorkshop facilitator - sharing the knowledge.
