Collaborates with Application Owners and Business Partners to implement the ‘PING Identity’ product suite for the Shell Identity Management Authentication and Authorization Services (SIMAAS) program. Acts as a first point of contact for application and data queries. Liaise with Simeio developers with regards to, application rollouts, integrating applications with production and nonproduction infrastructure and incident escalations.

Supported Program Management and Delivery Service Leads with the new service development (NSD) and Migration effort to move all existing FAAS applications to a new solution, PING ID (Federated Authentication). Ensured IT projects within the Cloud Foundation Program complied with best practice and internal project management framework/methodology. Guide and coached team members through various stages of the project lifecycle using an Agile or Waterfall approach. Gathered and maintained project assignments, project schedule, data requests, team velocity, sprint/release progress, artifacts, administrative tasks and project meeting minutes. Worked with a Shell Lead Project Assessor to plan and coordinate Value Assurance Reviews - e.g. Health check, Post Investment Reviews.

Supported managers of two different teams in shepherding projects through the execution and transition phase. Monitored budgetary constraints, deadlines and client specification.
