Direct the county-wide support team for SAP (system used for Finance, Procurement and HR). Led the Financial and Procurement teams through all phases of implementation and post go-live support of SAP. Knowledgable in Funds Mgmt, Grants, FI/CO, Material Mgmt, SRM, Assets and Projects with strong depth of knowledge in SRM. Project phases included Project Prep, Blueprint, Realization, GoLive and Production Support.

Financial lead in ERP procurement process. Responsibilities included:- review of requirements gathering for all financial and procurement modules and related reporting- preparation of RFI and subsequent RFP for ERP system in conjunction with project manager- evaluation of submitted proposals, including consultant interviews and onsite demonstrations, in conjunction with evaluation team- contract negotiations alongside project management and legal counsel

Involved in numerous finance related system designs and implementations including:- Defining manual and system processes to allow departments to comply with the full-accrual accounting requirements of GASB34 (7/2001-1/2003)- Eliciting financial requirements, reviewing and testing development, and leading post production support for the Fully Automated Court Tracking System (FACTS) which provided for full accrual accounting for the court system (2/2003-3/2006)- Gathering requirements, writing specifications and testing development for various small in-house developed programs (3/2006-3/2007)
