At Sensia, I was responsible for driving growth through strong client and marketing experiences. My clients were not only the companies that we contracted with but also the employees we served through our corporate healthcare programs. Brand awareness, positioning and the ability to tell an authentic story were all keys to that success. Through the development of several campaigns showcasing the uniqueness of Sensia’s offerings as a corporate wellness provider, I was able to drive more opportunities into the sales funnel. In addition to orchestrating a redesign of the company collateral and event materials, I secured various speaking engagements for our CEO, positioning him and Sensia as a go-to source of knowledge in the field of wellness. I championed and created client-centric environments ensuring client success in their corporate wellness programs, creating business growth for Sensia.

Efficiently lead and administered creative design projects in support of ongoing marketing programs designed to set firm apart from other firms locally and nationally. Conceived original designs and marketing concepts used in brochures, pamphlets, fliers, and billboards. Created design theme and graphics focused on B2B and B2C online and in print marketing campaigns. Created photography for client testimonial advertisements that showcased clients' in their business environments. Coordinated with other marketing team members to create collateral to promote events and business development projects. Ensured compliance with and implement firm’s brand and standards. Selected Achievements • Designed and implemented e-newsletter vehicle that is distributed twice-monthly to clients/potential clients that showcases current Reinhart news including e-alerts, event announcements and seminar/webinar promotions. • Designed new flexible brochure system and emerging business team brochure to reflect Reinhart’s brand. This project included researching new bindery options, paper stock and layout of a system that can easily be adapted for different Practice Areas as the need arises. • Created and implemented LinkedIn training program that focuses on helping firm attorneys and paralegals develop/broaden their LinkedIn profiles and practices to better showcase their careers.

Directed photo shoots for covers of glossy special sections. Responsible for design, feel and layout of multiple glossy publications as well as display advertising and sales materials for each publication. Created client advertising from initial concept to implementation, working directly with advertising sales reps and clients to implement upgrades and changes in clients’ display advertisements and campaigns. Responsible for all research and content of WalworthCoGetaway.com, an advertising based tourism website for the #6 destination in the state of Wisconsin. Created editorial content including feature articles and introductory content for individual pages on travel site as well as conducted daily/weekly updates of advertisements, calendar of events items and other content as necessary. Selected Achievements • Attractive presentation materials designed for new web venture helped sales director maintain a 95% closing rate on a new $100,000 initiative. Innovative print and online advertising campaign directed at Chicago market created nearly instant results to build web traffic. • Design upgrades and improvements resulted in 30% increase in special section advertising sales revenues. • Multiple awards won on the state and national level for special niche product design and ideas; 1st, 2nd, 3rd and most improved regularly with the Wisconsin Newspaper Association and the National Newspaper Association year after year.
