- I lead the Crops Working Group, including 130 of the largest food & drinks sector organisations, towards Climate Smart and Regenerative Agriculture. Action research approach to the development and adoption of an industry aligned approach to measurable GHG emissions mitigation across agriculture, through regenerative agriculture practices.Other responsibilities include:- Aligning monitoring, evaluation, and learning solutions with industry guidelines (SBTi FLAG, GHG Protocol).- Champion Crops Working Group voice and provide technical expertise in the design of industry leading Regenerative Agriculture Framework, ‘Regenerating Together’ (released September 2023).- Lead of action research ‘GHG Learning Journey’ to develop a Climate Smart Agriculture Playbook, with 8 multi-nationals to design and adopt an industry methodology for measurable Scope 3 Agriculture GHG emissions mitigation and resilience building.- Design, lead, and facilitate the member only ‘Climate Conversations Webinar Series’, consistently attracting 80-100 attendees and collaborating with 20+ global experts.- Multi-stakeholder project(s) development, e.g., Argentina Peanut Project with 5 multi-nationals, local institutions, and farmers. Aim to quantitative and qualitative baseline for GHG emissions and farmer resilience.- Led multi-day events & workshops for 60+ SAI Platform Members to generate and share practical insights, for collaborative action.
